Corn Pudding with Jiffy

Ingredients

- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
Instructions
- Mix the first 3 ingredients.
- Add beaten egg
- Add Jiffy mix
- Fold in the shredded cheese
- Spread mixture in a 9 x 13″ greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

INSTANT POT RECIPE:
- Combine the ingredients as per the instructions.
- Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot.
- Place casserole dish on trivet inside the Instant Pot and cover with aluminium foil.
- Secure the Instant Pot Lid and set the valve to SEALED.
- Set on Manual/High Pressure: 15 minutes
- Natural Release – about 15 minutes.
- When it’s done, if you want it brown you can place it in the oven or under the broiler for a couple of minutes.
