Corn Pudding with Jiffy

Made with JIFFY corn bread mix!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of choice

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 3 ingredients.
  2. Add beaten egg
  3. Add Jiffy mix
  4. Fold in the shredded cheese
  5. Spread mixture in a 9 x 13″ greased baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

INSTANT POT RECIPE:

  • Combine the ingredients as per the instructions.
  • Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot.
  • Place casserole dish on trivet inside the Instant Pot and cover with aluminium foil.
  • Secure the Instant Pot Lid and set the valve to SEALED.
  • Set on Manual/High Pressure: 15 minutes
  • Natural Release – about 15 minutes.
  • When it’s done, if you want it brown you can place it in the oven or under the broiler for a couple of minutes.
