The heat mixed with the sweetness and the buttery goodness of the cashews themselves, make this snack the perfect dish to present at your next party. Or just devour yourself.
It’s so easy, it almost doesn’t need a recipe. But here it is:

Ingredients
1 lb unsalted roasted cashews
2 Tbs minced fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp light brown sugar
1 Tbs unsalted melted butter
1 Tbs salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and spread out on a baking sheet
Toast until warm – about 5 minutes
